This is the online gallery of artworks by Mikal B.

Born in Southend, Essex, Mikal B moved to Wakefield to study Art. Here he developed his style of painting by fusing Celtic and Arabic imagery to create intricate designs.

He also created the Inventor series of illustrations which portray the strange, and utterly useless, inventions of the Victorian  eccentric Peregrine Bucketthwaite.

As co-founder of Artplace with Bea Henson, he has helped to give local artists the chance to exhibit their work in public places, notably Harry's Bar in Wakefield as part of Artwalk.
